We encourage guests to make accommodations at one of the recommended hotels. There are no Ubers in the city. Please plan your time accordingly.

The two closest airports are Amsterdam Schiphol and Dusseldorf Airport. It is possible to take a train from both airports to Zutphen or rent a car. Feel free to fly into any other city in Europe as well. Many will have train routes that can get you to Zutphen.

Yes! It is very easy to get around on the roads in the country, just note the speed limits, which are strictly enforced. You just need your US drivers license, and don't worry, they don't drive on the opposite side of the road.

There is ample parking available at the venue that you can utilize. If you would like to visit Zutphen, there are multiple different paid parking spots.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. The dinner and reception will be indoors.

It is generally warm with the temperatures often reaching the mid 70s°F and an average low of 57°F.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will later share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

We are encouraging formal attire, black tie optional.

We will proving shuttle service between the Hampshire & Holiday Inn Express hotels and the venue. Ahead of the ceremony there will be a shuttle and after the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotels. If you are staying in another hotel in the city of Zutphen, it is only a quick walk to the Hampshire pickup location. For example, the Broederenklooster is approximately a 7 minute walk to the Hampshire.
