What to Expect at the CeremonyOur wedding ceremony will be a traditional Catholic Mass. It includes readings from Scripture, a homily (short sermon), prayers, and the celebration of the Eucharist (Communion). While only practicing Catholics receive Communion, all guests are invited to remain seated or come forward for a blessing—whatever you feel most comfortable with. There will be moments of standing, sitting, and kneeling, but please don’t worry if you’re unfamiliar with the customs.

The reservation cut-off date is&nbsp;November 28, 2025-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Guests are able to book online with the&nbsp;direct booking link&nbsp;or&nbsp;by phone&nbsp;with our reservations office by calling&nbsp;806.776.7000. **They will need to specify the block name of:&nbsp;“Ball McKenna Wedding”**When you click the link it will take you to the group reservations page. It will automatically put the check in as and check-out date as BOTH dates available in the block; you will have to adjust the check-in and check-out dates to your desired stay and click UPDATE.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To make their own reservations, guests will need to provide a credit card to book. Nothing is charged to this card unless they&nbsp;no show&nbsp;and forget to cancel their reservation by 4pm one day prior to their stay, as per our 24hr cancellation policy. The no show fee is the first night of the reservation plus applicable taxes.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Guests will be asked at&nbsp;check in to provide their ID (name on ID must match reservation) and a credit card to cover their room, tax and incidental charges.&nbsp;The Overton charges a&nbsp;$50.00 incidental hold per night of each guests stay, per room. The hold is released at checkout (within 3-5 business days) with final billing as long as no incidental charges were made to the room number.&nbsp;Examples of incidental charges that can be made to the guests room number would be: valet parking fees, room service, bar tabs, gift shop purchases, restaurant meal charges for breakfast, lunch or dinner, in room internet upgrades, movie purchases, amenity deliveries, etc.- To schedule the airport shuttle, please call our bell stand at (806) 776-7000. The shuttle leaves the hotel every hour and half hour.&nbsp;For pickup, please give them your name, date of arrival, arrival time and&nbsp;flight number. They will track your flight and stay updated on all delays. If you need to schedule a departure, please schedule the shuttle for the time you would like to leave the hotel.
