We are officially ONE WEEK away from the most amazing day ever and I am absolutely bursting with joy to celebrate with you all. Here's everything you need to know before you roll up in your sparkle!  3:00 to 3:30 PM Come find your seat, mingle, and vibe. This is a California Style Wedding which means where you sit for the ceremony is your table for the reception. Super chill, super efficient, super Barbie. Feel free to sit wherever you'd like unless you see a table reserved for a specific group or organization which you'll see on the sign in the lobby.  Ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 PM Yes, Barbie is punctual. Expect heartfelt vows, a few happy tears, and all the love. We’ll wrap around 4:00 PM.  4:00 PM – Let’s Eat Once the vows are done, head straight into party mode. We’ve got: • Our Dirty Soda Bar in the cafe with signature mixes for all ages. • A delicious food truck right outside with a menu waiting at your table. • A loaded dessert table that opens right away because cake is never optional! • Tea and lemonade if Dirty Soda isn’t your thing. • Cornhole ping pong and music to enjoy while you wait or just want to hang out.  Photo Booth Fun Grab your date, your crew, or just your fabulous self, and head to the photo booth for a printed photo keepsake. Bring the glam, bring the silly, bring the love!  Around 5:00 PM We’ll kick off speeches, cut the cake, and then it’s time to dance. No rules just rhythm and sparkle!  Around 6:30 to 7:00 PM Calvin and I will be off to honeymoon heaven. After that, feel free to hang out as long as you’d like and please know from the bottom of our hearts how thankful we are that you came to be part of our love story!!!  Please come happy and cute and come ready to celebrate. It took Rachel 40 years and 352 days to meet the one she’d been praying for, but God’s timing was perfect.Growing up as an only child to a single mom, Rachel dreamed of her wedding day. But with a history of heartbreak and generational cycles, love didn’t come easy. After years of running from God and searching for security in all the wrong places, she finally surrendered. In that healing season, she found peace, joy, and purpose, and quietly whispered to the Lord, “I think I’m ready for a husband.” Enter Calvin. They met during a church outreach event on a 95-degree day. Rachel was sweaty, exhausted, and definitely not expecting to meet anyone special. But when she looked up, there he was — a kind-eyed man with a big smile who simply said, “Hi, I’m Calvin.” She didn’t know it then, but her life was about to change. Weeks later, a friend tried to set her up with a “godly man.” To her surprise, it was the same man from outreach. As they began talking, they discovered how much they shared — their faith, being only children raised by single moms, even the same favorite childhood cartoons. God had clearly orchestrated every detail. From ministry outings to late-night prayers and inside jokes, Rachel and Calvin quickly realized they didn’t just fit, they were meant for this. On December 18, 2022, Calvin proposed at the church where they met, asking Rachel to be his forever Co-Captain in life and love. Since fully surrendering to God’s plan, so much has changed. Their hearts, their lives, even their appearance, have been transformed. God has done a powerful work in them both. Rachel and Calvin now look toward the future with open hands and joyful hearts, believing they are called to help change the world together, and to laugh their way through every step of it. This isn’t just a wedding. It’s a step into purpose, a celebration of promise, and the beginning of a forever story written by the One who brought them together.

Okay, let’s be real—we love our friends so much that we couldn’t bear the thought of bossing you around with matching outfits, bouquet holding, or standing in heels for an hour. Barbie wouldn’t do that to her girls, and neither would we.So instead of a traditional wedding party, we’re keeping it sweet and sentimental with just our two favorite little humans: my daughter and his son. They’ve walked through this journey with us and are the stars of our show (besides the bride, obviously 💅).BUT WAIT—don’t feel left out, because if you’re coming from out of town and joining us for the rehearsal dinner, you’re officially part of our VIB Club (Very Important Barbies &amp; Kens). We’ll be celebrating YOU immediately after the rehearsal with all the love, hugs, and probably cake.And yes…this wedding is totally Barbie-themed.
