Main Beach is a beachfront park located in the heart of downtown Laguna Beach. The Cliff restaurant (site of the wedding ceremony) is located above and in front of Main Beach. The boardwalk area is perfect for strolling and the pathway leads up to the Heisler Park area. The beach area has sand volleyball courts, two half-court basketball courts, children's playground, benches, picnic tables, and public showers and restrooms. Tide pool area is located in the northern section of Main Beach.

Heisler Park is located just north of Main Beach, along the Pacific. Stretching along the bluffs on Cliff Drive from Aster Street to Diver's Cove, this oceanfront park has walking trails, gardens, a marine refuge with tide pools, picnic tables, barbecues, lawn bowling greens.

Referenced as the "Top of the World," this scenic lookout point offers some of the best views in Laguna Beach. Alta Laguna Park is located here, as well as a trail head for Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park.

Laguna Beach has no shortage watersports, including swimming, surfing, skimboarding, kayaking.
