You can RSVP online using the QR code on the invitation.

We ask that you please RSVP by March 15th, 2025.

Semi-formal - Ladies, wear your favorite colorful spring dress. Men, wear a button-down shirt and dress pants, or a suit. Google is a great source for ideas!

Please plan to arrive around 4:30 to 4:45 PM, as the ceremony will start right at 5 PM.

There will be plenty of parking at the venue to the left of the entrance.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, with only a short walk between the two. The outdoor space is beautiful, however, so there will be yard games to enjoy!

If you like a schedule like Rachel, here is the general outline for the day.. Ceremony - 5:00 PM Cocktail Hour Begins - 5:20 PM Reception Begins - 6:30 PM Dinner is Served - 6:45 PM Cake Cutting - around 7:15 PM Let's Dance! - 7:45 PM Send Off! - 10:00 PM

After the ceremony, there will be a gap of time while the bride and groom take pictures. You can play yard games or enjoy some snacks and beverages.

We will be having a chips and salsa bar and a fajita bar. For dessert we will have cupcakes and an ice cream cart! Drink options will include sodas, wine, beer, and margaritas.

The reception will be over at 10:00 PM.

We ask that you please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony and allow the photographers to get the best shots! Pictures and videos of your own can be taken at the reception :)
