Q + A

Where should I park?

There is parking on premises right in front of the venue when you pull in. As there will be alcohol, we recommend using ride share services or a designated driver to get home. You are able to leave your car at the venue, just be sure you can accommodate picking it up by 10am the next morning :)

How do I RSVP?

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope. Kindly RSVP before August 15, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs not received will be marked as “not attending.”

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list “(Your Name) & Guest.” For families, it will list “(Your Name) & Family” or just “the (Name) Family.” When you go to RSVP, you will be able to RSVP for everyone on your invitation.

Can we bring our kids?

We love your children, however, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any guests under 21 due to space restrictions. This will be an adult only event, so use this as a fun date night or night out! Thank you for your understanding.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors, and cocktail hour will be outdoors with the option of indoor, as all doors will be open. The reception will be indoors. If it is raining, we will move the ceremony indoors. Please plan for the weather accordingly.

How do I know where to sit?

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please! However, please refrain from the first two rows as those will be reserved for immediate family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know, and there will be a seating chart upon entry.

What time does the wedding start? What if I am late?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 5-5:15pm so you have time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, please quietly sit in the back row until the ceremony is finished. However, if the precessions are still going on when you arrive, please refrain from entering the ceremony until the bride is at the altar. Thank you for your understanding!

Can we take our own pictures + videos throughout the day?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that all phones be turned off and put away during our ceremony. We have an amazing photography and video team who will get all the great shots so you can enjoy the moment and be present with us. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout cocktail hour and the reception, we encourage you to do so!

Is there a dress code?

Yes! We will be having a formal dress code. This means guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tux) but may also wear a formal suit or dress instead. No jeans or shorts please! We also kindly ask that you refrain from colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. Thank you!
