IMPORTANT
Chateau St. Jean is a winery. This means the bar will be serving wine, beer, and seltzers, as they do not have a liquor license. If you bring hard liquor to our wedding, you will be liable for a $10,000 fine.
When do I need to arrive at the venue?
We ask for all guests to arrive at 3:30 pm PT. The wedding will begin at 4 pm PT.
RSVP by April 19?
If we do not receive your RSVP by April 19, we assume you are declining the invitation.
Will there be transportation?
Two shuttles are leaving from the main hotel block at the Fairmont Mission Inn hotel, taking guests to and from the venue.
Guests staying at other hotels and Airbnb will be responsible for getting themselves to and from the venue.
Please be aware that while Uber is an option, fewer cars will be available in the evening hours in the area.
Are kids welcome?
Invitations have specific names! We have included little ones who are invited on the RSVP tab. We also encourage parents to use this evening as a night out.
Can I Bring a Date?
Invitations and the online RSVP will include any +1's or dates.
Welcome party details
The welcome party is hosted at Fairmont Mission Inn Hotel. There will be free parking onsite and signage for the event.
Please note the theme and attire of the Welcome party is cocktail. We will not be serving a dinner and there will be small bites.
What is the wedding attire?
Black tie optional. No casual outfits or short dresses.
Please note that the Bay Area can be cooler in the evening so we advise ladies to bring a jacket.
The wedding is also outside so please wear appropriate shoes.
What is the welcome party attire?
This is a cocktail hour. Please feel free to dress in cocktail attire.
