*Freeze Frame* You're probably wondering how we got here. Why were you, dear reader, invited to witness the marriage of Rachel Caroline Livingston and Evan Bradley Naar? Well, in order to properly tell the story of Rachel &amp; Evan, we need to harken back to the Summer of '19 on the island of Manhattan. Evan was out with his friend Carly in the Lower East Side on his way to Hotel Chantelle. As Evan was walking, he caught glimpse of his friend Paige, whom he went to New York Law School with, out of the corner of his eye. Never missing an opportunity to kibitz (the Yiddish term for "chit chat") with a friend, he walked up to Paige. Paige was out celebrating her friend's birthday. After two to three minutes of chatting, the birthday girl walked up to Evan, grabbed his face and said "oh my god, is that Evan Naar?" The birthday girl then began to sing verses from Drake's song "In My Feelings." "Kiki, do you love me? Are you riding?," she said. That birthday girl was Rachel Caroline Livingston and unbeknownst to Evan at the time - the woman that would become his wife. As you can imagine, Evan was quite shocked. Never before had he seen this woman who grabbed his face. Nevertheless, Rachel persisted. The next day, Rachel invited Evan to hang out with Paige and her as they were lounging at their apartment in FiDi. Remember Paige? The one from New York Law School? She was Rachel's roommate! Evan was curious about this woman who grabbed his face and wanted to spend more time with her, so he took the "1" train to FiDi for quality time. He picked his finest New England Patriots garb to wear to the occasion. After several glasses of wine and copious laughs at Pier 17 and Industry Kitchen, the crew went back to Rachel and Paige's apartment to spend some time on the rooftop. On the roof, Rachel and Evan started talking more 1:1 over some White Claws, a pizza, and even a FaceTime with Rachel's mom, Karen (where Karen told her she should go for that cute and nice boy!). Whether it was the alcohol talking or the fact that Evan spoke to her mother on FaceTime within 24 hours of meeting her, a wave came over Rachel and she blurted out "hey, you're kinda cute." After meeting that one time, this would set off a whirlwind of events: dates to AMC Lincoln Square, Happy Hours, TikTok dances during the COVID-19 pandemic (IYKYK), trips all over the country and abroad, milestone celebrations, Broadway shows, workout classes and an eventual engagement, surrounded by some of Rachel and Evan's closest friends. That brings us to the end of that chapter but the beginning of a new one. On June 8, 2024, Rachel and Evan will share their vows and take each other as husband and wife, 'til death. Albeit unconventional, this story is, above all things, a story about love -- a love that will live forever.

Wine tasting, duh! If you want to taste some wines, please make reservations in advance. Most wineries will turn you away without reservations. Traffic will be bad in the afternoon.
