What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes early to account for parking and to find your seat.

What should I wear?

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone dressed up for the occasion! Think cocktail attire: dressy, polished, stylish, ready to dance. Please avoid wearing jeans, T-shirts or wedding gowns

Where do I park at Ginger & Baker?

There is a large parking lot across the street from G&B. This lot is free for anyone, and is also locked up at night in the event that you need to leave your vehicle. There is also plenty of street parking in the surrounding area.

Are children invited?

Children indicated on your RSVP are welcome to attend

What airport should I fly into?

If you are traveling from out of state, you will fly into Denver International. Be prepared to either rent a car, or take a shuttle to Fort Collins, which is about an hour or so away from the airport. Please see the travel tab for more information on how to get from DIA to downtown Fort Collins

How can we give a gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest present of all. If you would like to honor us with a gift, we'd be grateful for a contribution to our house fund as we work toward our dream of owning our first home.

Can I bring a plus one?

We’re keeping the celebration small and meaningful, so only those listed on your invitation are invited. We truly appreciate your understanding!

What is the timeline for the night?

Guests are welcome to begin arriving at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Cocktail hour will follow at 5:00 PM, with dinner served at 6:00 PM—Dancing to follow. We’ll wrap up the reception at G&B by 10:00 PM.

Will dinner be served?

Yes! There will be small bites during cocktail hour, and a seated, plated dinner will be served around 6PM. Guests are able to choose between two main entrees during your RSVP process. Please also let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies or requests, we would like to do our best to accommodate them so that everyone has the opportunity to eat delicious food.

Are ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Yes. All events for the evening will be taking place in the Milltop Room and Cache Patio of Ginger and Baker.

Where should I stay?

There are multiple lodging options around downtown Fort Collins. The Elizabeth and The Armstrong are the closest to our venue. Due to our small guest list we do not have room blocks acquired. You may contact Rachel or Graham directly with any questions regarding the best place to stay for the weekend.

What should I expect at the welcome party and who is invited?

We are throwing an informal gathering at Pour Brothers the night before our wedding to welcome out of town guests, and take the opportunity to spend a little more time with all of you! We are extending the invitation for our welcome party to all guests. During your RSVP process you will be given the chance to let us know if you’ll be attending. There will be pizza and salad provided for everyone to enjoy, and drinks available for purchase. We hope to see you there!!
