If you are flying into DIA, you will need transportation from Denver to Fort Collins (about a 1-1.5 hour long trip). Groome shuttles pick up at DIA and drop off in downtown Fort Collins. The CSU transit center is their closest drop off spot to downtown Fort Collins. You can also make arrangements for them to drop off at your hotel. These shuttles can be pre-booked on their website.
