Ben and Rachel met in 2020 while in college at Louisiana Tech University. They were both at a house party on a Friday night, a night that neither of them expected to be life-changing. Ben was a freshman on the baseball team, and Rachel was there with two of her now bridesmaids, Aubrey and Trinity, enjoying the night. For most of the night, Rachel's friend Trinity tried convincing her to go over and talk to the blonde baseball player, to which Rachel said, "No way!" After the third or fourth instance of the two locking eyes, Ben finally walked over and introduced himself to Rachel. From that moment on, something clicked between them. Before they knew it, they had become inseparable. After several years of dating, Ben asked Rachel to marry him on August 10th, 2024.
