For our early birds, grab a drink and find your seat! There will be a shuttle service from the hotels starting at 3:15 PM with shuttles arriving every 15 minutes to assure you arrive on time prior to the ceremony. Please plan accordingly as there is no additional parking at the venue.

Cocktail hour will begin promptly at 5:00 PM for guests to enjoy refreshments and hors d'oeuvres.

Dinner & dancing to close out the night! There will be a shuttle service beginning at 10:00 PM back to the hotels running every 20 minutes. For early departure, a shuttle will begin at 8:30 PM.

Continue the party at the Silverbird, just down the street from the Microtel, for a late night snack and continued drinks. Shuttle service provided from the wedding venue.
