Both the ceremony and the reception will be located at Crispin Hill, 2732 Wager Hill Rd, Penn Yan NY, 14527. This will be an outdoor event. The ceremony will be uncovered, weather permitting. With dinner & dancing under a tent to follow.

There will be welcome cocktails starting at 3:30 PM. We would love for you to enjoy these prior to the ceremony! If you opt to not partake in this, please arrive by 4:20 PM to find your seat as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. There will be a shuttle service from the hotels beginning at 3:00 PM. There is no guest parking at the venue, plan to use one of the provided shuttles.

We'd love for you to get dressed up for our big day. Formal attire please! This means floor length or elegant midi length dresses for the ladies and suits with ties for the guys!

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on the wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest Name} if you have been given a plus one. If you have not, please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!

Please refer to the "travel" page of our website. There are 3 local hotels and 1 inn in the area with room blocks available at two and the Keuka Cove Inn. There will be a shuttle service to and from these hotels to the venue. There are also numerous Airbnb and VRBO properties near the venue. Please plan accordingly to use the shuttle as there is no additional guest parking at the venue. More information on the shuttle to come!

Frederick Douglas Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) is 1 hour and 13 minutes from the Penn Yan, NY area. Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) is 1 hour and 19 minutes from the Penn Yan, NY area.

Yes! Drinks on us, but hangover on you. Please plan accordingly for a safe ride home. There will be a shuttle service for the evening from the hotels to the venue and the after party.

We love your kids as much as you however, unless specified on your formal invitation, this event will be an adult only event (16+). We encourage you to use this evening as a date night. Thank you for understanding!

Unfortunately there is no additional guest parking at the venue location. Please plan accordingly to use the provided shuttle service from the room block hotels. If you are not staying in Penn Yan, please plan to park at one of the hotels and use the shuttle to the venue. Please refer to the Shuttle Schedule tab for more information. The shuttle will begin at 3:00 PM. There will be an early departure shuttle at 8:30 PM. Then at the conclusion of the reception, shuttles will start at 10:00 PM and every 20 minutes there after to the after party and hotels.

Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by July 1, 2026 we will assume you cannot make it. We cannot accommodate late RSVPs as we need to provide our vendors and venue with exact guest counts by this date.

The ceremony will be "unplugged" meaning no phones or personal cameras during this time. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture the special moments of our day. However, after the ceremony feel free to use your phone and snap as many pictures as possible of our beautiful venue!

Vaping and smoking of any kind is only permitted in the designated smoking area on the venue property.
