We are happy to provide air conditioned charter buses to transport all guests to/from the hotels, ceremony, and reception. All guests are able to utilize transportation, regardless of whether a wedding guest is staying at a room block hotel. Buses will leave from each hotel listed on the room block promptly at 3:15 and arrive at the ceremony location (Chapelwood UMC). After the ceremony, buses will depart the ceremony and arrive at the reception (Pine Forest Country Club). Finally, at the end of the night, buses will depart the reception and arrive back at the hotels listed on the travel page. There will be an early bus departing the reception around 9:30 for guests who would like an earlier night.

Yes! All guests will be able to utilize charter buses regardless of where you are staying for the wedding. All guests are welcome to park at or Uber to either the Courtyard or Westin (Uber recommended!). From there, guests can board the buses and will arrive back at the hotels at the end of the evening. Additionally, guests are welcome to park at the ceremony and use charter buses to travel between the ceremony and reception. We do ask that any guests who choose this option move their cars at the end of the night.

Ample and free parking is available at both the ceremony and reception locations. Additionally, free valet parking will be available at the reception venue.
