Whatever makes you feel fabulous! Officially this is a cocktail attire event. Please bring something warm since it may be chilly out in November. Also, weather permitting, there will be events outside (ceremony, fire pit, etc), so keep that in mind when picking shoes.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm ET. But bear in mind the clocks will be falling back the morning of the wedding

Yes. When you arrive, staff will guide you to parking.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside on Deer Ridge (a beautiful hill overlooking the Hudson River). So please bring something to keep you warm. Cocktail hour will be indoors/outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. We will also have a fire pit outdoors.

There will be transportation for the wedding on Sunday. Busses will be picking guests up at Homewood Suites and Inn at Bellfield, and bringing guests back at the end of the evening. But you may also drive/uber.

RMV is a zero food waste property and prides itself on more partying and less time wasting. So everyone will be receiving a duet plate with both meat and fish. If you prefer ONLY meat or fish, please let us know. Also if you are vegetarian or have a dietary restriction, please let us know.

Brian and Rachel want everyone to truly let loose and be able to connect with each other. We love your kids and fur babies so much, but this will be an adults-only event. Not even Banjo is invited! Thank you for understanding

As of now, Rachel will be keeping her last name because the alliteration is awesome. (See what she did there). So they will remain Brian Francis and Rachel Reiss, for now.
