Your invitation will be made out to “Your Name” and “Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. You will also see “[Your Name]’s Guest” when you RSVP if you received a plus one. We unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional guests.

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, we hope you understand that your children are only invited if your invitation is made out to “The [Your Last Name] Family”. You will also see all your children listed by name when you RSVP if your children have been invited.

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before June 18th. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as “not attending” due to our vendor’s cut off dates and assigning seating.

We have reserved room blocks at two hotels for our guests. Information on these hotels can be found on the back of our invite or on the “Travel” tab. We strongly recommend the Country Inn and Suites for those of you bringing children because the hotel has Barefoot Bay Waterpark!

Each hotel did give us a booking deadline for how long they would hold these reserved rooms, so try to book early to secure your stay! If you do not book before the booking deadline for the hotels, you can still call the hotels and try to book rooms with them, but it will not be in the room block. I have listed other hotels in Prairie du Chien on the “Travel” tab that we do not have room blocks at just in case the other two get fully booked.

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We want you to look great, but also feel comfortable, so the dress code is dressy casual. Please no t-shirts, especially if they contain writing or images. The ceremony will be outdoors, but everything else will be inside the air conditioned venue.

The ceremony will take place at 4:30pm. We ask you to please arrive by 4:15pm to make sure everyone is on time and seated before we begin.

Yes! There is a gravel parking lot at the venue where you can park. We will also have a bus service to shuttle people to and from the River District Hotel and the Country Inn and Suites to the venue. Please come back closer to the wedding for a bus schedule!

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team of photographers and videographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share these photos with you afterwards!

After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and share all photos with us! We will have a photo mirror available for our guests, so make sure you stop by and get some photos taken!

Yes! We will be hosting a bar tab for our guest to enjoy selected beverages on us. Once the limit is hit, or if you would like a drink that is not on our covered list, the bar will turn into a cash bar. Thus, please remember to bring a card or cash as well as your ID.

Sliced Roast Beef, Chicken in a White Wine Mushroom Sauce, Roasted Red Potatoes, Green Beans, Green Salad, and a Dinner Roll.
