4:00 PM - Bus departs from The Renaissance to The Olana
10:00 PM - Bus departs after the Bride & Groom's send off to The Hilton & The Renaissance
At the 10:00 departure, there will be 1 bus for guests and 1 bus for the wedding party and their dates
*There will also be a bus at the reception at 9:00 PM for those who might want to leave early

Will there be a shuttle from the hotels to the venue?
Yes, there will be a bus that picks up at The Hilton at 3:30 PM and The Renaissance at 4:00 PM. During the reception there will be a bus that picks up at 9:00 PM for those who want to leave early and a pick up after the send off at 10:00 PM that will return to The Renaissance & The Hilton.
Where do we park?
When you enter through the gates to The Olana, the parking lot will be off to the right side.
