While we absolutely adore your kids, we have decided to make our reception an adults-only wedding. We hope that this advanced notice means you will still be able to celebrate with us!

If your formal invitation does not include your name followed by "and guest", then unfortunately we ask that you not bring a plus one. We want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with the ones we love.

Yes! Please let us know of any food allergies you may have and we can accommodate. We will have both a vegetarian and gluten free option for any guest to enjoy.

We ask that you please refrain from taking photos and video during our ceremony. This is to ensure that everyone we love has an unobstructed view including the professionals that we have hired to capture one of the most important days of our lives. Although we know you mean well, we’d hate for someone’s phone to be blocking this moment. After we say our vows and walk outside the church feel free to take as many photos as you’d like! We can forward any photos to those who would like as well.

Yes, there will be complimentary valet service at Flowerfield.

Yes! At the Hilton Garden Inn where we have blocked rooms, we will have a shuttle that will make 2 trips to the venue before cocktail hour and 2 trips at the end of the reception. Shuttle times will be displayed and provided at the hotel.
