We have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate for your convenience at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook. Discounted reservations have been extended to October 1st. After that, everyone is subjected to the hotel’s availability and pricing.


Transportation will be provided for guests at The Hilton Garden Inn. There will be 2 trips to Flowerfield starting promptly at 6:30pm.
Signs with departure times will be displayed in the hotel lobby. 
There will also be two trips at the conclusion of the reception returning back to the hotel. Guests are welcome to join us at the bar for an after party. This will be a cash bar event.
