We ask that our guests dress in formal attire. For men, this would be a suit. For the ladies, this would be a long dress or a formal cocktail dress.

We have hired an amazing photographer, Bethany, and she will capture all the moments of the ceremony. We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony and you enjoy this special time with us. Feel free to take as many photos/videos as you would like at the reception! We’d love to see everyone’s point of view!

Parking at the church will include the lot on Church Street, the lot to the left of Tom Watson Way, the lot by the youth building and any parking around the Family Life Center. There will be people directing parking at the reception. Handicap spots will be reserved closer to the pavilion entrance.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

The reception venue has no problem with you leaving your vehicle overnight in case you have someone else come and take you home! We do not want anyone driving that has been drinking! They kindly ask all vehicles be picked up by Sunday afternoon.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 26th. This gives us enough time to let our vendors know a final head count. Any unanswered RSVPs will be counted as a "no". We thank you for understanding!

There will be a van transporting people to the Hampton Inn after the reception if people choose to use it! If anyone who lives in Thomson needs it as well he can take you! Please remember to have your vehicles picked up from the venue Sunday by 12:00pm!! We don't want anyone drinking or driving.
