Justin and Randi met in Kingston, Ontario in January 2021 and quickly became friends spending every minute with each other. Upon returning home from Ontario, Justin called Randi on the phone every spare moment he had. If you know Randi, talking on the phone is NOT something she likes to do. Friends were shocked to hear that Justin was able to keep her on the phone for more than five minutes. Randi went to visit Justin in Saskatoon for the first time in May of 2021 when they decided to become a couple.

They spent time traveling back and forth between Edmonton and Saskatoon. At the beginning of December, Justin and the dogs moved in with Randi. The four of them moved into a new home together in Fort Saskatchewan in November of 2022. Randi and Justin spend their days together hiking and being outside with the dogs, spending time with family and friends, or at the gym.

Justin proposed to Randi on January 21st, 2023 at Lake Minnewanka in Banff. One of Justin's closest friends, Jess, was visiting at the time, and Randi's sister, brother in law, and nephew were there too!
