We'd love for our guests to dress in formal attire. For men, this means suits, while ladies are encouraged to wear formal dresses of any length.

Yes, we encourage any guests who drive to the reception and plan on drinking to leave their cars overnight and pick them up in the morning. The venue will not tow any vehicles.

The sooner the better. Both of our room blocks do not require a payment up front so you are able to reserve a room with no commitment. In addition, the quicker we can fill our room blocks gives us a better chance of reserving more rooms in the same hotel. If you wish to book lodging outside of the wedding block, we would recommend booking in 2023.

This is up to you. One thing to keep in mind is that the Sonesta is located in Middletown, while the Newport Harbor Hotel is located downtown. If you are looking to be within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars, we would recommend the Newport Harbor Hotel or another hotel located in Newport. Middletown is a short 10-15 minute drive to downtown, depending on traffic.

Yes, pending availability. If you wish to stay more than the 2-night minimum, we would recommend contacting the hotel with the room block code and asking to book a longer stay. Please note that the wedding rate will only be honored for the 2 nights we have blocked.
