The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm - please arrive to Hollow Brook at 5pm. You'll be greeted with welcome drinks prior to finding your seat for the ceremony.

Transportation will be provided from the Hyatt House in Fishkill to the venue. The bus will park outside of the hotel and leave promptly at 4:30 p.m. - please be on time! :) There will be buses back to the hotel following the reception for the after party.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal attire. (Ladies, think floor-length or midi dresses- men, think jacket and tie)

Hollow Brook has plenty of parking available for any guests who choose to drive, and you can leave your car overnight if needed. Please plan to utilize the shuttle to and from the hotel if you're drinking!

Yes! Please plan accordingly- if you are staying at the Hyatt House, we will provide transportation to and from the venue. If you are drinking and are not staying at the preferred hotel, please keep yourself and those around you safe by having a designated driver or planning an Uber.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, unless stated on your invite. We encourage you to use this as a well deserved date night!
