We have hired Vail Coach as our shuttle service partner. They are a luxury transportation company that specializes in event transportation. Their punctual and professional drivers will arrive at the designated hotel parking lots at 3:45PM with the plan of leaving each spot by 4PM at the very latest. The transportation schedule is below -

Vans depart from the two designated locations and begin transporting guests to the venue - GreenTree Extended Stay Vail Valley, Quality Inn & Suites Vail Valley

3 - 4 sprinter vans (each containing 12 -14 guests) will arrive at the venue. Vans are to pull up in front of the house on the property and unload guests two vans at a time.

1 van will remain on the property for emergency use while the others will travel down the mountain and wait to return at 10:30P.

Shuttles will begin picking up guests for transport back to their hotels promptly at 10:30P. Vans are to have at least 12 passengers before returning down the mountain.
