Thanks for checking! While there's no strict dress code, we envision our guests wearing typical wedding attire that's both comfortable and fitting for a mountain setting (while avoiding white of course :). As it might be warm during the day and a bit chilly at night, we suggest dressing in layers to accommodate both temperatures. Ultimately, we want everyone to feel confident and comfortable, so wear something that makes you feel your best!

We have rooms blocked and a discount at the two Eagle hotels on the "Travel & Lodging" page. Please find your lodging in the nearby town of Eagle, CO. The venue does not have a designated parking space and the trek to the land can be a bit windy. In hopes of saving our guests the headache of finding the venue and designating a sober drive (if drinking is your thing), we'll be using a shuttle service. The shuttle will be direct service from each hotel to the venue and back after the festivities. For a list of the hotels in Eagle and their contact info, please visit the "Travel & Lodging" page.

If you are choosing to not stay in the town of Eagle, you will need to drive to the parking lot of one of the designated pickup spots to utilize the shuttle service. Personal vehicles are not allowed on the property unless preapproved by the Bride or Groom.

Vail Coach is our transportation partner. We have hired 3 top-of-the-line sprinter vans that will be visiting the two hotels we are partnered with (GreenTree Extended Stay Eagle/Vail Valley and Quality Inn & Suites Vail Valley). These vans will be arriving at the hotel properties a 3:45PM the day of the wedding. Please be present in your hotel lobby or in the parking lot of one of the two designated hotels by 3:45PM to ensure that you do not miss the shuttle.

Yes. Unless the Bride or Groom has contacted you and explicitly stated that your transportation will not involve the shuttle, you must use the shuttle. Our venue is not a traditional venue AND is located on top of a mountain. Personal vehicles are NOT permitted on the property. Additionally, we the couple has invested a lot of time and money into finding appropriate transportation for all guests. Please plan on using the shuttle and ensure that your travel plans include the time involved in riding on the shuttle. If you require accommodation or a handicap exception, please contact the Groom.

If the Bride or Groom has told you that you are permitted to drive your personal vehicle to the venue, please reach out to one of them for directions and additional information on how to navigate the trek up the mountain.
