DO YOU HAVE A BABYSITTING SERVICE?
Our family resorts offer a kids club called The Playroom, where children can play in state-of-the-art areas with food and drinks included and a dedicated team of staff to look after them. Children under the age of 4 are welcome, however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We are very fond of all animals, however for a number of reasons we are unable to accept them at our resorts unless they are service and assistance animals with an official document justifying the requirement by the guest and a legal accreditation of the animal as a service or assistance animal.
WHY DOES PALACE RESORTS CHARGE A 16% SERVICE FEE ON RESORT CREDIT USED?
Please note that resort credit only applies to your vacation if it is specified on your confirmation. A nominal 16% fee for credit is used in order for us to be able to compensate partners and staff who support the Resort Credit inclusions such as tours, photography and salon services.
Much like the tax and gratuity charge, we include as part of a guest's hotel reservation, the Resort Credit fee allows us to cover these incidentals for Resort Credit promotion offerings as well.
HOW CAN I GET A ROOM UPGRADE?
You may request an upgrade on a previously booked room at any time prior to your arrival by contacting our vacation specialists or your travel agent, who can provide you with details on the price difference and process for the applicable payment. You can also inquire about an upgrade when you check in. Upgrades are subject to availability.
