Once you land in Montego Bay, Jamaica, you will go through immigration. Be sure to have your passport, & documents ready.

If you booked a minimum of 4 nights, roundtrip transportation is included to/from MBJ. The drive from Montego Bay Airport to Moon Palace Resort is 61 miles= 1.5 hour drive.
Once flight information is collected for arranged shuttle services, confirmation letters with arrival instructions will be sent via email.

On departure day please check out of the hotel & give yourself 4-5 hours before your boarding time to give enough grace for driving and customs. Check for your PASSPORT before leaving the resort & getting out of the shuttle. Enjoy the views!
