For our special day, we kindly ask that you dress in cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and dinner will take place in a heated tent outside while the dancing will move inside to the ballroom. We recommend bringing coats to stay cozy and comfortable throughout the celebration.

Please check out the Travel tab on this website for hotel options. The venue itself is a hotel, and you can use the provided link there to book your stay. It is also pet-friendly for a $75 fee. There are also ample Airbnbs and rental homes available for your convenience.

The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa has ample parking available. Valet Service is available at $12.00 per vehicle, or guests may self-park at the conveniently located parking garage or lots next to the venue for an hourly fee. The fee overnight is $25/night.

We will be serving a plated dinner where you can select your entree and indicate any dietary restrictions with your RSVP. For beverages, we will have three signature cocktails, beer and wine, and an array of non-alcoholic options.
