We have heard from folks traveling into town that they are staying all over (from DC to Alexandria and Maryland!) to take advantage of the area's attractions. If you'd like to be close to the wedding activities, including the Welcome Party and the after party, we recommend Old Town, Alexandria.
There are tons of options in the area, including hotels and rentals. We've included a few recommendations in Old Town below. Note, The Alexandrian is the closest to Friday's Welcome Party! A quick Google search will give you many more options. We also recommend checking AirBnB and VRBO (there are some really charming places at great rates!), as well as looking in other areas of Alexandria, Arlington, or National Harbor for alternative options.
Please keep in mind that summer in Alexandria can get busy. We encourage you to book early!
