I received my "Save the Date" - now what?
Your "Save the Date" is simply a courtesy to give you advance notice of the wedding date prior to receiving your invitation so that you can plan accordingly. Formal invitations will be sent out in March! Please use this time to explore the wedding website, book your hotel accommodations, and ask any questions you may have. If you know that you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as you are able.
When do I have to RSVP by?
The RSVP deadline is May 1st and will be listed clearly on your invitation once you receive it. Please RSVP via the QR code provided (which will take you to this website), by typing the website URL into your web browser, or by texting/calling Becca or Kevin at your earliest convenience.
Can I bring a guest/date?
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed clearly on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
Can I bring my children?
Although we love your kiddos, we have made the decision to keep our wedding (ceremony & reception) an adult-only event. We thank you for your understanding & hope that you enjoy a night to yourselves!
What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?
Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by the date listed on the invitation, you will be marked as "not attending." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with an accurate final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
what if I can't make it?
Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "NOT attending" via the QR code, website, or by contacting Becca or Kevin directly.
*If you already RSVP'd "attending" and you find that you can no longer make it, it is extremely imperative that you notify Becca or Kevin as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments in the final guest count.*
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site at The Warrington.
The ceremony will be held outdoors in the Crystal Gardens (weather permitting).
Cocktail hour will be on the lower level of the indoor reception space. The reception space for dinner and music is located indoors on the main level.
Staff and signage will be clear in directing you on where to go throughout the evening.
How do we get there?
You can drive, carpool, or schedule an Uber/Lyft to take you to and from the wedding venue. It is strongly encouraged that if you plan to use a rideshare option, that you schedule your ride the night before the wedding to ensure availability. If you choose to drive, there is a large parking lot on site at the venue.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. Plan accordingly for the possibility of increased traffic on the weekend.
Is there a dress code?
We'd love to see our friends and our family dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our wedding.
For men, a suit or dress shirt with a tie is suggested. Please avoid jeans.
For the ladies, a midi to floor length formal/cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit are welcome.
It is kindly asked that no one wear white but the bride. The bridesmaids will be wearing satin, moss green dresses.
Where can I park at the venue?
There is a large, paved parking lot directly to the right of the entrance to the venue. The lot is located very close to the ceremony space, however if there are guests that would prefer a shorter walk, you may be dropped off at the front of the building.
Can I leave my car overnight?
It is strongly encouraged that you plan your transportation accordingly, however, if you find that you are unable to drive back to the hotel after the reception, cars may be left in the parking lot and retrieved the following morning.
What type of food will be served?
A selection of hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a plated, sit-down meal with your choice of entree. The options will be listed for you to select when you RSVP. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact the bride or groom and let them know as soon as possible so your meals can be accommodated.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! A selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, in addition to non-alcoholic refreshments will be served from the start of cocktail hour through the entirety of the reception. Get ready to celebrate!
can I take pictures during the ceremony?
The Bride and Groom kindly request an "unplugged" ceremony. It is extremely important to us that our closest friends and family are fully present during this intimate moment. Please keep all electronic devices turned off or silenced and put away. We have hired phenomenal photographers that will capture every special aspect of the ceremony so you don't have to. We highly encourage you to take as many pictures and videos as you want during the cocktail hour and reception!
Is there a discounted room block at a nearby hotel?
Yes - we have blocked rooms for our guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites Horsham, which is approximately 10 minutes from the venue. Please refer to the "Travel/Accommodations" tab for more information on booking a room.
is your wedding the only wedding taking place at the venue?
There are generally two weddings that occur on the same evening at The Warrington. Our beautiful venue is split into two sides and is organized in a way that the weddings will not overlap and guests generally do not interact with the other wedding throughout the night. Our wedding ceremony will be on the "Crystal Gardens" side - which is the first entrance that you will see when coming from the parking lot. If entering into the main entrance for the cocktail hour and reception, our festivities will be on the "Crystal Ballroom" side, which is the door on the right. There will be staff and signage throughout the entire evening that will direct you to the proper space.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to Becca at (570) 772-7544 or Kevin at (609) 285-8594 and we will be happy to give you more detailed information!
