We have reserved room blocks for the Friday night prior to (6/6/25) as well as the night of the wedding (6/7/25) for your convenience. You can choose to stay both nights or just one. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out will be 11:00 am the following morning. Early check-in or late check-out may be able to be accommodated if requested on the day of the reservation.

You may call the hotel front desk at the number listed above and mention the "Kriner/Parker Wedding" to receive the discounted rate and complete your reservation.

You may also reserve your room online by visiting to the Hilton's main website (click the "website" box below).

DIRECTIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING:

1. At the top of the page, under "Where To?" type in "Hampton Inn & Suites Warrington Horsham" and select the hotel from the drop-down list.

2. Choose your desired check-in and check-out dates.

3. Select the amount of rooms needed and number of guests.

4. Click the "Special Rates" tab and type the code KPW under the "Group Code" box and hit "done."

5. Click "Find a Hotel"

6. Select "View Rates" under the Hampton Inn & Suites Warrington Horsham hotel (it should be the first hotel listed and will have a price with "Krine-Parker" code listed underneath).

7. Select your room type and proceed with booking.

No deposits are charged at the time of booking, and reservations are cancellable up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

Our room block has officially been released as of May 6th, so you will need to call the hotel directly to inquire about any remaining available rooms. The discounted rate will still be honored on a first come first serve basis, but rooms are not guaranteed from this point forward, as they have been released to the general public.

The hotel is only 10 minutes from the venue! There is a rear patio and fire pit at the hotel for guests to enjoy. Breakfast is also included with your stay.
