RESERVATION METHOD

Guests will be able to make reservations by phone or online. Please be sure to identify yourself as part

of the Group when making your reservation through Loews Reservations Center, 888-575-6397. Please reserve your rooms by May 16 to guarantee room.

The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received Forty Eight (48) hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge

equal to one night’s room and applicable taxes.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in *begins at 4:00 PM and checkout concludes at 11:00 am. The hotel makes every effort to provide guests with a room starting at 4:00 PM. Early check-in requests may not be available.

Luggage storage will be provided for the guests while attempting to secure a room for check-in.

At check-in, each guest will be asked to confirm his or her departure date. In the event of an unscheduled early departure, there will be a charge of $50.00 applied to the guest account.

PARKING

The current overnight valet parking charges for guests are $49.00 per night, plus 22.5% tax.
