Q + A
If you have any additional questions that are not listed or answered on this page, please feel free to reach out directly to the bride or groom!
RSVP's
How and when should I RSVP?
To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab on our website and enter your name. All guests in your party will appear for you to mark as "attending" or "declining."
Please RSVP by August 1, 2026 so we have time to finalize details—our final guest count is due to the caterer on August 4, 2026 and cannot be changed after that.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If you do not RSVP by August 1, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.
What if I RSVP'd and Can't Make it?
You will be missed! Please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
We’re keeping the guest list to those named on each invitation so we can celebrate with the people who know us best. Please check your invite for the names included—unfortunately we can’t accommodate additional plus-ones.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your little ones, but our ceremony and reception will be adults-only unless a child is specifically named on your invitation. Thank you for understanding — we hope you enjoy a fun night out celebrating with us!
Venue Information
What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
The ceremony and reception are both at 2440 Lennoxville Rd, Beaufort, NC 28516. The venues are wheelchair accessible — please let us know if you need any specific accommodations.
Where should I park?
Valet parking is available at the hotel for $15 per vehicle, per night, with unlimited in-and-out privileges; this fee applies to both overnight guests and visitors not staying at the hotel. Self-parking is also available about 200 yards from the hotel.
What time should I arrive?
We ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes early. This gives you time to mingle with friends and family before the wedding starts. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00, so please make sure you are seated in time!
What's the dress code for your wedding?
Formal Attire -
Think elevated and festive—this is your cue to dress up and have a little fun with it. For women, midi dresses and floor-length dresses are all great choices (please refrain from wearing white or off-white colors). For men, suits are encouraged, or dress pants with a dress shirt and blazer (ties welcome, but totally optional). We’re going for polished, party-ready vibes, so please leave the jeans, khakis, and t-shirts at home and come dressed to celebrate, sip, and dance the night away.
Will the wedding take place inside or outside?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors with views of Beaufort’s waterfront, followed by an indoor reception. If severe weather or high winds make the outdoor ceremony unsafe or uncomfortable, we’ll move the ceremony indoors at the same venue; any changes will be posted on the schedule page and shared with guests by email and signage at the venue.
More Information
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We are still working on nailing down the menu. When you RSVP, you will be able to select your preferred entrée and tell us about any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can inform the caterer.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes — there will be an open bar available during cocktail hour and throughout the reception for guests to enjoy.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images.
