💫WEDDING CAMPING

Hi this is Annie from Black Lantern about wedding camping.

Camping is free for Friday and Saturday nights, covered by the wedding couple! If you want to camp for the wedding weekend on Friday & Saturday nights, you do not need to reserve or register upon arrival for camping because the wedding couple has reserved and assumed responsibility for your stay. :) Just arrive on Friday anytime to set up, have fun and then check out before two pm on Sunday. It is concert style camping so just fit in and make room for others. We do not have a bathhouse, but there will be an outhouse, so if you are bringing a tent or rig that does not have a bathroom please make sure you have access to a camping unit that does have a bathroom if you are unable to use the portable toilet. There are 7 RV sites, each site has a double headed water spigot, a utility pedestal with a - 50/30/20 amp plug in for a total of 100 amps of electricity. So each site can house a big, medium and little RV based on electricity needs. Please set up tents on the grass and leave the spots nearest the pedestals for the RVs to hook up. If you have an RV electrical adapter, bring it, longer hose/extension cord, bring it, a generator in case, bring it, a hose splitter, bring it. You are welcome to park your RV in any configuration on the site that you want (away from fire pit) it does not have to be only on the gravel pad. There is firewood onsite for sale for $5 a bundle, you may not bring your own. If our fire sign reads “no” -campfires are not allowed. Each of the 6 sites have a picnic table and fire ring that has a cooking grate on it. The cooking grate gaps are large so tinfoil is helpful for cooking. With large groups sometimes the picnic table gets used up, so bring yourselves a couple chairs in case.

🌴Many guests want to arrive earlier to our place to make a reunion or longer vacation out of the weekend. If you want to arrive earlier than what the wedding couple has paid for, just call and make a regular reservation. 612-812-7309

🎉No curfew in the camp sites. If you want a slightly more private site, we have four available sites up by our shop, so just ask.

All ATVs/UTVs/golf mobiles must be insured and registered via paperwork at the guest check in by the entrance or they are not allowed on the property. All paperwork filled out completely, or you will be located to Finish filling it out either way.

🐴🐈🦮Pets are allowed on Black Lantern property and campground, NOT in any cabins and NOT at the wedding venue unless the wedding couple gives consent. Please do not leave pets tied up and or unattended, pets must be leashed. The property is full of wild animals and we want to keep guests & pets safe too:)

‼️ Two biggest things that make us crazy:

STAY OFF THE LAWN (stay on trails) and no driving anything after dark.‼️ They will simply evict any guests not complying.
