Is the ceremony and reception held at the same place?
Yes, the whole wedding day will be located at Factoria at Charles Point.
What time should we arrive to the wedding ceremony?
Please arrive promptly at 4:00pm to Factoria at Charles Point; there you will go upstairs and will be guided into the ceremony room.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code for our wedding is Formal Attire, Black Tie optional. The wedding colors are dark, rich, jewel, and fall tones.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes, there is parking at the Factoria.
Can we leave our cars there over night if we get a taxi or ride?
Yes you may leave your vehicle over night but it must be picked up no later then 12pm the next day (11/17).
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Plus one's will be addressed on the formal invitations.
Am I allowed to bring my child/children?
If your child/children are invited to the wedding it will state so on the invitations envelopes.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
We are having a family-style served wedding. There will be options for all dietary restrictions. When you RSVP, please let us know your restrictions if you have any.
Are there any elevators at the wedding venue?
Yes, there is an elevator to the second floor lobby.
