There will be a conservative array of snacks before our early dinner with both a meat and vegetarian option planned to be started around 4:30 (so there is plenty of time for your food to digest before you bust a move on the dance floor). Please let us know if your RSVP if you have any food allergies or accommodations you need for dietary reasons so we can make sure to have options!

There will be an open bar with a few specialty cocktails but the reception will be heavily photographed so...take that as you will

Yes! We have plenty of kids on both sides of our families that we have invited so please feel free to bring your kiddos. This can also be an excuse for a date night without the kiddos if you need a night away, totally up to you! We have a variety of activities that are kid friendly for them to do during cocktail hour into dinner and dancing. Please just let us know either way when RSVPing so we can be sure to have enough seats, tables and food at the reception!

We know the weather in April can be unpredictable in Oregon, however, we anticipate lots of dancing and drinking so be mindful about layers and being comfortable. Ladies, a dress would be wonderful but a skirt or slacks and cute top works. Guys, dress pants with a button up or polo fits the bill.

We hope to have a wide variety of music being played throughout our reception. Knowing that we will have kids attending we will be mindful about appropriateness of songs for a majority of the night. However, starting around 8:00pm we will be transitioning to some more explicit versions of songs so if you don't want your kids to be hearing everyone yell, "to the windows, to the wall..." that will be around the time to be aware of the switch.

Our venue has security that will help direct you to the available parking which is a mixture of gravel and parking in a field. They will help you determine which is best for your car and individual needs. We also want to encourage Uber/Lyfting to ensure you get home safe after the festivities. With this in mind we will have a limited number of Uber cards available for guests who would like to have a little financial cushion with that added cost to the night. Please carpool when possible to make the most of these!

Please RSVP no later than February 1, 2026 so we can ensure we have enough time to make any necessary adjustments with our vendors! We will reach out to anyone we have not heard from on Jan.1, 2026 however if we still do not have a yes/no from you by the end of the day Feb. 1 we will mark you as a "No".
