C.J. and Remy met at The University of Nebraska&nbsp;of all places! C.J. is a Texas boy and Remy is a California girl, so it's funny&nbsp;they met in a state in which&nbsp;they both hadn't heard!&nbsp;C.J. was on a gymnastics scholarship while studying art and business.&nbsp;Remy was on a golf scholarship while studying fashion and textiles. They met in&nbsp;a communications class together during sophomore year, which was ironic because neither&nbsp;of them had the courage to communicate with one another during freshman year! The class was separated into small groups for the semester and C.J. and Remy were conveniently put into the same, small group. This was C.J.'s chance! C.J. thought&nbsp;about what to say to Remy everyday they walked into class, but couldn't come up with anything. He followed her out of class one day,&nbsp;decided to hold the door open for her, and hoped&nbsp;she would turn around to&nbsp;notice him. She did, of course, and replied with a simple, "thank you so much." For some reason C.J. pretty much thought she said,&nbsp;"I love you," and was ready to start talking. The rest is pretty much history!&nbsp;

C.J. and Remy started seeing one another in February of 2012 and,&nbsp;here they are, days away from getting married. A couple of&nbsp;months later, Remy decided she wanted to pursue her fashion career back home in Los Angeles. C.J. was determined to make their relationship work and asked her if she would continue to date long distance. She happily agreed and they did their best to travel back and forth to see one another almost every six weeks. It was a long two years, but it's true what they say, "absence makes the heart grow fonder." They used their communication skills they learned in their first class together (finally!) and made their relationship work in every way they could. C.J. moved to California to be with Remy right after school and&nbsp;well, a couple years later,&nbsp;proposed to the woman of his dreams.&nbsp;They now live in wonderful&nbsp;Austin, Texas with their handsome&nbsp;golden retriever Stetson!&nbsp;

How We Met

On September&nbsp;7th&nbsp;2016, C.J.&nbsp;purchased a diamond ring which he had personally designed with a jeweler. The very next day, he had planned to meet Remy's father Doug Molyneux at his favorite pub for a pint&nbsp;where he would ask for Remy's hand in marriage. C.J. walked into the pub ready to ask Doug for his blessing,&nbsp;but it wasn't going to be as easy as he thought. Doug knows everyone in this pub. So, as the first hour went by, a couple of friends walked in and sat down for 15 or 20 min and talked to Doug and C.J.&nbsp;Every time C.J. was ready to ask Doug his important question, someone else would walk in. C.J. was getting nervous now as he just wanted to get it over with! Doug's friends left and C.J.&nbsp;knew it was now or never. He straightened&nbsp;up in his seat&nbsp;and was so nervous he knocked his beer and it spilled all over the table! It goes without saying,&nbsp;with no hesitation at all, Doug happily gave C.J. his blessing and the two spent the rest of the evening celebrating and discussing&nbsp;plans for the proposal.

C.J. had planned to join Remy for her 25th birthday celebration trip to Cancun, Mexico along with her sister Jenna, and their good friends Brittany and Max. The girls arrived on November 22nd, while&nbsp;C.J. and Max would&nbsp;arrive&nbsp;at the resort the following morning. C.J. had arranged for the girls to have massages during the morning of his arrival, so that they would not see what he and Max were up to until the moment was right.

While Remy and the girls were being treated in the spa, C.J. went down to the beach, raked a heart in the sand, and covered it in rose petals. The clouds cleared from the sky as Remy came down to the beach to meet C.J., not anticipating the biggest surprise that lay ahead. The girls walked down the stairs onto the beach and were so excited that&nbsp;everyone was there&nbsp;to party for the next couple of&nbsp;days! Remy noticed the heart and obliviously asked what it was. C.J walked Remy into the heart, took her by the hands, and looked her straight in the eyes. He told her he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her, and show her&nbsp;how much he loved her. He was ready to start a life with her and continue their adventures together. He knelt&nbsp;down&nbsp;on the pure white sand, presented her with a beautiful engagement&nbsp;ring, and asked her to marry him.

Donovan Arndt, better known as D, is a red-headed Wisconsinite. He is C.J.'s college gymnastics&nbsp;teammate, roommate, and best friend. You could call their meeting, and friendship, an act of fate&nbsp;as the two would eventually form a brotherly bond. They met as freshmen over a game of beer pong. They were partners taking on a couple of&nbsp;upper class-men. When they emerged victorious, after a long winded match, they knew they had something. They were partners&nbsp;and friends from that day forward.D and C.J. were always together;&nbsp;they ate together, worked out at practice together, studied together, and were never not laughing about something. If either of them had something going on, they knew they could always count on one another to be there. They became so much like brothers that even C.J.'s facial hair started to turn red!D, I love you man. You are the brother I never had. When we weren't running around campus getting into trouble,&nbsp;you were schooling me on rings in practice. You were, and still are there for me daily, exemplifying a true friend to both Remy and myself. I am honored to have you as my Best Man&nbsp;and to have you stand by us as we wed. I feel a little stronger knowing you'll be there, but know that I'll probably be a little warm and start to perspire&nbsp;with you standing so close!Love you bro.

Jenna is Remy's beautiful younger sister. The sisters are only 16 months apart and are constantly asked if they are twins. Which is wonderful for Remy, as she admires Jenna for just about&nbsp;everything she is. When they were younger&nbsp;they always wore the same clothes and if they didn't have the same clothes on,&nbsp;they would have matching colors. (Sorry Jenn, we can't wear the same thing on the big&nbsp;day, just a heads up!) They do everything together&nbsp;and, if they can't be together, they are on the phone together. C.J still doesn't understand why they call each other right after leaving each other's presence!Jenna is Remy's best friend, most trusted critic, and the one person that will laugh at all of her jokes even when they aren't&nbsp;funny!&nbsp;When Jenna met C.J., she immediately liked him for his&nbsp;southern charm, his respect for Remy, and his brotherly instinct towards herself. C.J., Remy, and Jenna became the three musketeers immediately! No matter what, Jenna will always be there for Remy and C.J. so, there is no better person to stand RIGHT next to Remy and C.J. on the biggest day of their lives than Jenna.Jenn, I don't even know what to say other than&nbsp;thank you for being my sister. Thank you for always playing babies,&nbsp;barbies, and whatever I wanted to make up at the time.&nbsp;Thank you for telling me when my bracelets didn't look good over my sleeves. Thank you for telling me that no matter what, you would always be there for C.J. and I whenever we needed you.  Thank you for telling me that marrying C.J. would be the best decision of my life. I can't wait to see where this married life will take me but always remember, we are three musketeers.&nbsp;I love you Jenn.

Jenna Molyneux

Louis and C.J.&nbsp;hit it off right from the moment they met each other at The University of Nebraska. So much so, that they&nbsp;would be roommates most of their college careers. The two had each other's backs no matter what;&nbsp;whether it was in the dorms, in classes they had together, at practice, or literally every weekend for four and a half years. You could always&nbsp;find the two cutting up, laughing, and possibly cruising around on the same scooter.&nbsp;The two shared many life experiences and memories that will last a lifetime, and&nbsp;consider each other the brothers they never had.Lou, there are too many good memories for me to ramble on about on this page. All I can say is that I'm glad I have a true friend like you in my life. Someone who could have a good time no matter what, could push me when I needed pushed, could make fun of me when I did something stupid, and could teach me how to TRUELY&nbsp;clean a dorm/ apartment/ house to the point that you could eat off the floor!&nbsp;Thank you for always caring for Remy and I like family, and thank you for yet again having my back&nbsp;as I marry the woman I love.&nbsp;Love you bro.

Louis Klein

Nikki is C.J.'s wonderful younger&nbsp;sister and soon-to-be Remy's&nbsp;sister too.&nbsp;The first time Nikki and Remy met was Thanksgiving 2012. C.J. was flying to his home in Texas and Remy was flying to meet him as well as his family for the first time. C.J.'s plane was delayed a couple of hours which meant Remy was going to meet his family for the first time... ALONE!  Nikki asked Remy if she would like to go to Starbucks and get to know each other while they waited for C.J.'s plane to arrive. Remy was a little nervous as she knew how close C.J. and Nikki were, but Nikki made her feel like she was her&nbsp;sister already. The rest is pretty much history! Remy and Nikki love to go shopping together, relaxing at the pool on vacation, and listen to country music! Remy got the best end of the deal as she gets another&nbsp;sister and is so excited for Nikki&nbsp;to stand up next to her and C.J. on their big day.&nbsp;Nikki, as I have told you before having a sister is the most wonderful thing. You and I will have that special bond&nbsp;and, the best part is, Jenna comes with the package too! Three muskateers is taken so we will need another team name!  I'm so excited to have another&nbsp;sister to share life experiences, adventures, and memories with. I promise to be the best&nbsp;sister I can be to you and you will always be able to count on me. I love your brother more than anything in this world and I'm giving you my word that I will respect, love, and treat him with all I can give.&nbsp;I love you&nbsp;Nikki!

Nikki Schaaf

Tayler, or Peruski, or Young Roo, or the snake eater, or Chef Roogufan, or whatever he is calling himself today... is a close friend of CJ's. The two met at the University of Nebraska through a mutual friend (Shannon Klein..now Louis' wife).&nbsp;Tayler was on the track team, although the fastest CJ&nbsp;ever saw&nbsp;him move was downhill on a longboard, or downhill chasing&nbsp;the&nbsp;longboard (some scars never heal). Whether or not he would like to admit it, Tayler enjoyed the company of a few rowdy gymnasts. He was always fairly easy to point out, tallest in the group:&nbsp;the only one wearing at shirt when 1:00am&nbsp;rolled around on the weekends, and often dressed in something from the&nbsp;Salvation Army. Tayler is also credited with the&nbsp;discovery of the mecca of our college days, 3-2-6-9 Leighton Avenue,&nbsp;where he and the gymnasts lived for the latter part of their collegiate experience.&nbsp;C.J. and Tayler bonded over a love for&nbsp;music, creativity and outward thinking. When everyone else could be found in the living room at the party, these two were usually in a basement, attic,&nbsp;or out on the front porch listening to their favorite songs, trying to write lyrics and cracking jokes back and forth.My dude, I am proud to say I have you as a friend. No matter how long it's been since we last saw one another, we pick back&nbsp;up right where we left off. There is literally never a dull moment when we are hanging out, or a time when our sides don't hurt from laughing so hard. Sad to say, there won't be a kitchen for us to get cooking in on the wedding day!&nbsp;None of our famous 3:00am&nbsp;raids from&nbsp;the pantry to create some delicious off the wall meal out of left overs and Ramen noodles. By the way, your stuffed mushrooms are still the ONLY&nbsp;mushrooms I have ever eaten and enjoyed.You have always been someone I could go to with anything and always seemed to have the right words to say. From the first day I met Remy, and came home all crazy about the girl wearing Chucks,&nbsp;you were always happy for us, and&nbsp;encouraged me to continue our relationship. Couldn't be happier to have you up there with us when we tie the knot. Love you man.&nbsp;

Tayler Peruski

Katelyn is Remy's best friend and golf teammate from University of Nebraska Lincoln. Remy had two reasons for going to Nebraska:&nbsp;the first was to meet her best friend, Katelyn and the second was to meet her soulmate, C.J. Or is it suppose to be the other way around?  Katelyn and Remy are almost exactly the same person. In fact, their teammates called them "The Twins." Katelyn is one of those friends that will be so busy for 3 weeks,&nbsp;not call,&nbsp;and then show up on your doorstep and say she is staying for a few days.&nbsp;There are only a few people that come into your life for a reason and Katelyn and Remy came into each other's lives to make each other laugh and drink wine. That pretty much sums them up.Katelyn, I couldn't be more excited that you are going to be my bridesmaid and stand&nbsp;next to me on our big day! Thank you for accepting,&nbsp;because  you are the only one that has been with C.J and I since the very first day we met! You know EVERYTHING! (you don't get to make a speech because of that by the way!)&nbsp;Your opinion and blessing matters so much to me because you truly care about my happiness. You knew how well C.J treated me, how happy he made me, and told me everything else would fall into place. Well you were right, as usual. Katelyn Wright

Gabe Sanchez stole C.J.'s heart with his home-made tacos, before C.J. had met Remy. Better known to C.J. as Sancho,&nbsp;It was Gabe who taught him&nbsp;the art of the Tequila shot.&nbsp;C.J. just wishes he didn't teach it to him so many times in one night!The two were teammates on the Gymnastics team at the University of Nebraska&nbsp;but, beyond that, began hanging outside&nbsp;the gym from the first day they met. Now, Gabe wasn't just friends with anyone. You had to earn your way in. He really didn't like to be touched, so C.J. always had to sneak up behind him to get in a bro hug. But once you proved yourself, and you were in the circle of trust, Gabe's true nature as a friend would emerge.&nbsp;Gabe, I am so lucky to have you as one of my good friends man. You are someone who literally never misses anything when it comes to your friends:&nbsp;birthdays, celebrations, events, times of need,&nbsp;whatever it may be you were there for me&nbsp;and for our whole group. You always had a plan to get us involved in something fun, and would be willing to cancel your own plans if it meant you could be there for someone else's. As a creator, I have always admired your sense of imagination and passion for your craft. Whether it was a Halloween costume, a hand made gift, or a new t-shirt design,&nbsp;you always give 100% of your creativity. As a leader of our team, you led by example&nbsp;and never came in to the gym not giving every last bit of effort you could. I learned a lot from being around you, and am so thankful that you put up with me through a lot of things.&nbsp;You have been there from the beginning of my relationship with Remy.&nbsp;I know you tried to warn her about what she was getting into,&nbsp;but you have always supported us and watched us grow together. As a result,&nbsp;I couldn't ask for anything more than to have you with us when we say I do. Thank you my friend, my brother, my Mexican.Love you Bro.

Gabe Sanchez

Sista Tiff&nbsp;is Remy's adopted sister.&nbsp;The part that makes it funny is that they say they are sisters and people get awfully confused as they really don't look much alike! Remy and Tiffany met in high school at Westlake Golf Club&nbsp;in California. They grew up playing golf for different schools and saw each other at tournaments throughout the season. They didn't become really good friends until after they decided what colleges they would go to as they knew one college couldn't handle ALL their golf talent! Remy and Tiff have remained very close friends throughout their college travels. Sista Tiff is&nbsp;almost finished with medical school. It will be interesting when Remy says she is going to happy hour with her doctor!Sista Tiff, I'm so thankful to have you as one of my closet friends. No matter how far apart we are, we come back to the same place and nothing has changed-it's just become better.&nbsp;You have said C.J and I were meant to be from the beginning and you&nbsp;are one of the most positive people I have met. No matter how I'm feeling, you lift me up and tell me everything is going to be great!  I'm so proud of you and everything you have become. Thank you for always being their for C.J and I and making every memory incredible. Tiffany Uichanco

Andreas- Ghandi Hofer is a former Nebraska Gymnastics teammate and link in the chain of "brothers from other mothers." When C.J. came to the University of Nebraska as a Freshman, Andi was an upper class man. The two found themselves quickly getting along in and out of the gym. One of the first encounters they had was when Andi introduced C.J. to the most magical, edible, substances known to man... Nutella!&nbsp;The two formed a strong friendship through the daily struggles of training, and bringing in the weekend once the training was done. Andi was like the older brother C.J.&nbsp;never had. He could always bring C.J.&nbsp;to the right frame of mind in practice, competition, school or just be there to listen when he needed to blow off some steam.&nbsp;Andi, I can honestly say I would not be the man I am today&nbsp;had you not been in my life. Your constant positive influence on me came at a time when I needed it most. You led by example and taught me so much about myself that I didn't even know. You were a role model to me and everyone else that looked up to you. I can't thank you enough for always believing in me, and&nbsp;knowing I could always be better than I was the day before. Thank you for never letting up on me and for pushing me when I needed to be. Most of all, thank you for being a true friend to me over the years. It has been a lot of fun to watch you marry Haley, the love of your life, and see you two embark on your journey. Now that it's Remy's and my turn, I'm so happy to know that you will be standing at the alter having my back yet&nbsp;again.Love you Bro.

Sista Brit is one of the most fun people to be around. Her goal in this friendship&nbsp;is to make sure  C.J and Remy never become an old married couple! Brittany is not only one of Remy's best friends but C.J's too. Brit and C.J would be there for each other in a heartbeat and that makes this&nbsp;friendship even more special. Brittany and Remy also share a passion for ordering as many things on the menu when going out. They love to try new food and pair it with their favorite wines. Whether they are spending a night on the town, or having wine night at home in p.j's, Remy and Brittany have the best time together.&nbsp;Sista Brit, I couldn't do this without you. Max Cutler and C.J. quickly became friends after C.J. moved to California to live with Remy. Remy and Max&nbsp;had been childhood friends, and were quite close, so it was only natural for C.J. and Max to hit it off.&nbsp;Max and C.J.&nbsp;spent the weekends cutting loose in the greater Los Angeles area. If there wasn't something to celebrate,&nbsp;they&nbsp;would make&nbsp;something up. They played golf often, occasionally did some work together, went to dinner during their rough weeks... yeah I know what you're thinking... BROMANCE. It's true-&nbsp;C.J. could always count on Max anytime he just needed to get out of the house.. or away from Remy (cough, cough).&nbsp;Max, I know my time in California was brief. I moved all the way from Texas to truly give my relationship everything I couldn't for so long. As Remy's close friend, you welcomed me&nbsp;with open arms, and we became friends immediately. The last two years have been absolutely wild for both of us, in that&nbsp;there has been so much going on and so much has been changing. I have been so lucky to have you around through it all. Thank you for continuing to do nothing less.&nbsp;You helped me ask Remy to spend the rest of her life with me, and now I need your help to seal the deal.&nbsp;Love you Bro.&nbsp;

Max Cutler

Kristen is Remy's coupon code finder, amazon prime buyer, Champagne partner, and recipe giver. Kristen and Remy met about 3 years ago at work; they instantly became best friends as they knew they would have&nbsp;each other's back while dressing 30 actors on the set of Days Of Our Lives. Spending 60 hours a week together in a small room under pressure would be tough for anyone, but having your best friend along side&nbsp;makes everything a whole lot more fun! &nbsp;Kristen has the heart of an angel.&nbsp;She never forgets a detail and puts her friends first in everything she does. Kristen and Remy have a special bond and no matter how far apart life will take them, they will always find their way back.&nbsp;Kristen, I knew when I met you it was friendship at first sight. You are one of the most selfless, sweetest, and truest people I know. I look up to you in so many ways and your passion for life is what I admire so much about you. You have&nbsp;been there for me through so much already and I'm so excited to see where our friendships goes. Kristen Samuilow

Jordan Yallen and C.J. met in California in 2015. Jordan and Remy had been friends since they were 10 years old, so it was important to C.J.&nbsp;to&nbsp;get to know&nbsp;him. Little did he know they would get along so well. Throughout CJ's time in L.A., he and Jordan could be found cutting loose on the weekends or planning&nbsp;getaways&nbsp;to Lake Arrowhead. They spitballed ideas for work over coffee,&nbsp;and could always be found talking sports.&nbsp;Jordan, you have played a huge part in Remy's and my&nbsp;relationship&nbsp;as a friend who has consistently given support and advice when I needed it. You have&nbsp;been there for Remy and I whenever we needed you. You helped me advance my career as a designer by allowing me opportunities to hone my craft.&nbsp;As busy as we both have been over the past two years, I'm glad we were able to make the time to hang out as much as we did. We click on the easiest of levels and that's not easy to find in people nowadays. I wasn't able to make many bros out on the west&nbsp;coast, but I can safely say that you are one to me now and always. Thank you for your friendship, and thank you for being there for Remy and I yet again on the biggest day of our lives.&nbsp;Love you Bro

Jordan Yallen

Brooke has been one of Remy's closest friends since they met at their summer job while in&nbsp;Nebraska. They worked at Little Kingdom which was a day care for young kiddos of all ages. They were in charge of the same class which consisted of under 1 year olds. They immediately became friends as they made a pact&nbsp;to rotate reading stories and changing diapers when they could! Being blonde, they basically had everything in common! Brooke loved to come out to California when Remy moved back home. Whenever she visited, they easily packed in&nbsp;many wine adventures and beach activities. Nebraska doesn't have a beach.... or many wine adventures...or really anything.... just kidding! =)Brooke, since the day I met you I knew we would be life long friends. You are&nbsp;the person I can call at any moment:&nbsp;you will listen with an open heart and say anything to make everything better. I tell you my challenges, my worries, and my thoughts about life and you have a humbling way of telling me everything is going to be okay. I love our girly nights and long talks on the phone while doing a million other things (like talking about C.J. and Campbell!).We always make time for each other because we know how important this friendship is. You are such a kind, beautiful person and I'm so thankful you are going to be part of&nbsp;our big day.I love you Brooke

Brooke Nerud

Robbie is basically Remy and C.J.'s little bother.. except double their height! Remy was Robbie's first and favorite sitter.. EVER. Remy's parents are best friends with Robbie's parents, so the families&nbsp;spend a lot of quality&nbsp;time together. When C.J. came into Remy's life, he naturally got added to the Bill family as well. When Robbie had time off in the summer&nbsp;Remy and C.J. would take Robbie&nbsp;golfing, bowling, boating, and fishing.&nbsp;They love to spend time at the camping&nbsp;in the Santa Ynez Valley&nbsp;with their families&nbsp;as well as attempting to sing&nbsp;karaoke!&nbsp;Robbie is the appointed Fire Master at the camper and has now&nbsp;bestowed the honor of Fire Apprentice to C.J. (Thanks man)Robbie, we couldn't be more excited for you to be a part of our special day.&nbsp; You are such an important&nbsp;person in our lives and there&nbsp;is no better loved one&nbsp;to have the&nbsp;responsibility&nbsp;of carrying our wedding rings down the aisle.
