September is a fabulous time to visit Stillwater, but we share that sentiment with many others. Because your visit will be during peak tourism time, we recommend booking your lodging early.
Water Street Inn
This is where we are staying! The downtown hotels are an easy walk from the venue, four located just a couple blocks away! These hotels are more experience based than price based options for guests looking to make a full weekend out of the trip to Stillwater. Other options include the Lora Hotel, The Lowell, and Hotel Crosby.
GrandStay Hotel & Suites Stillwater
We have a room block at the Grandstay Hotel in Stillwater. Located just a couple miles from the venue, this offers easier access and a lower rate than the downtown hotels. We recommend coordinating with family or other guests to ride-share downtown for easier parking and travel!
The room block includes three options, with wedding block rates available only for Saturday, September 28 and only available by calling the hotel at 651-430-2699:
King suite w/ Sofa Sleeper: $249
Single Queen w/ Sofa Sleeper: $199
Double Queen: $209
The hotel has indicated that no other discounts are applicable to these rates.

Street Parking
Stillwater streets offer on-street parking in most areas. Street parking where available is a free (with the exception of Main Street) and convenient way to access the shops and our wedding venue; however, we caution that it may be limited. Especially for a Saturday during peak tourism season, we recommend avoiding parking on Main Street, as it can be congested during busy times. During our visits, we have usually had pretty good luck parking a few blocks up the hill from Main Street. This approach will help avoid having to parallel park on a busy street, and will offer a leisurely stroll to your destination.
