What is the latest date I can RSVP?
We are so excited for our big day. Your presence would mean the world to us! Please take a moment to let us know if you can attend by filling out the online RSVP form on our wedding website no later than June 1, 2024. Each and every invitee holds a special place in our hearts and we want to be certain we are able to accommodate everyone.
How should I dress?
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding! Whether it is is dressy casual or semi formal, watch the weather and dress in your favorite outfit. For this time of year in Northern Wisconsin, the following attire may be suggested but not required:
Women: sundresses, cocktail-length dresses, or lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony and reception on the lawn.
Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional.
Whatever you choose to wear, come ready to let loose and have a good time celebrating the joining of our families!
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Per venue policy there is not to be any alcohol brought in to the event, but do not fret! The venue will have a full bar available for all guests to be able to purchase their favorite alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the entire evening.
Where should we plan to stay?
If you go tot he TRAVEL tab on the home page of our wedding website you can see all the places and information we have reserved for our guests.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
There will be a shuttle bus to and from the hotels and venue for the guests that choose to stay in Siren. Guest that choose to stay in Spooner will be out of reach for the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus will be done bussing people back to the hotels no later than 11:00pm.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Yes you can bring ONE plus one. We have accounted for one plus one for singles and for family we have accounted for the whole family including children. Please remember to add the guest you are bringing when you RSVP. We ask that you add all children over the age 1 so we can make sure they also have a spot at the table!
Where should I bring/send a wedding gift?
You can bring them to the venue or you can have them shipped to 10564 N Riverside Rd, Hayward, WI 54843, but don’t feel like a gift is necessary. Your presence is more of a gift than anything!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
We ask that people try to arrive 5-10 minutes early so that they can get settled in and aren’t running in while the bridal party is starting to make their entrances. The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm sharp.
What time does the reception end? Will there be an after party?
Reception is ending at 11:00 there for there will not be an after party.
Am I allowed to take pictures at the Ceremony?
We ask that no pictures be taken at the ceremony. We have a very talented photographer and videographer that will be taking pictures for all of us. We are okay with pictures and videos after the ceremony is done.
Can I post wedding pictures on social media?
Yes, share the love! We just ask that there be no ceremony pictures shared.
