We recommend arriving at 4pm when the venue is open. This will give you some time to enjoy a welcome drink and settle in before the ceremony starts at 4:30pm.

To get full enjoyment of all the events we have planned, we recommend that everyone stay 4 nights: arriving Thursday, March 5 and departing Monday, March 9. We understand if your schedule prohibits you from traveling that long, so at a minimum plan to travel Friday-Sunday, so you will be able to attend the ceremony and reception.

We love your little ones, but we are having a kid-free wedding day. However, please let us know if you need assistance with finding local child-care for the day of.
