The ceremony will be held at North Oak Community Church (3000 Oak St, Hays, KS 67601). The reception will follow at the Ellis County Fairgrounds in the Unrein Building (1344 Fairground Rd, Hays, KS 67601). There will be plenty of time to travel between locations, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you at both!

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal or dressy attire to help us celebrate this special occasion. Think summer wedding chic—dresses, jumpsuits, or dress pants and button-downs. Please no jeans or white attire. It will be August, so feel free to choose something light and breathable, but still polished. We want you to feel comfortable while keeping the occasion elegant!

Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Our venue is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) space, so there won’t be an open bar. We will be providing tea and water to help everyone stay cool, but if you’d like to enjoy something else feel free to bring your favorite drink to celebrate with us! We kindly ask that you drink responsibly. Please help us keep the space clean and safe so everyone can enjoy the evening. Let’s celebrate!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM at North Oak Community Church. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to find your seat and get settled. Please note: there is some road construction near both venues, so be sure to allow extra time for travel. We don’t want you to miss a moment!

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors with A/C. While August weather can be hot, you’ll be able to stay cool and comfortable as we celebrate together!

Yes! After the ceremony, join us at the reception for a delicious meal and a night of dancing. We’ll eat, laugh, and then hit the dance floor to celebrate the start of this new chapter. Come hungry and ready to have some fun!

Yes! We love your little ones and are happy to have them celebrate with us. We just ask that parents keep an eye on their kiddos during the ceremony and reception to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.

We’re asking guests to keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. Don’t worry our photographer will capture everything, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward!
