Where are we staying?

To bring the bridal party closer and to truly enjoy having everyone there to celebrate our wedding, we have reserved a cabin in the Parkside Resort area! If you are choosing to not stay in the cabin, check out the travel page for local hotels within 15 minutes of the venue. Bonus, they're approved shuttle locations!

What's the best airport to fly into for Pigeon Forge?

The McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) is the closest major airport when flying into Pigeon Forge. It is approximately 41 miles from Pigeon Forge.

Once our plane has landed, how do we get to the cabin?

If you would like to take a ride share or taxi, you are more than welcome to. We are hoping to schedule shuttle services with the resort to pickup those arriving via airport. If you are choosing to fly, please let us know when you arrival time would be so we can have someone available to pick you up!

Can we drive ourselves to the venue?

As much as we understand that you would like to have your car with you, we ask that you do not bring your vehicles to the venue. We are allotted 3 spaces for parking and they will be occupied by vendors. Please allow the shuttle staff to transport you to and from the venue and cabin.

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will held in the grand hall. Please dress for the weather. The typical temperature average is around 70-76 degrees Fahrenheit this time of year, but will cool off as the sun goes down.

What's the dress code?

We are asking for semi-formal outfits. The colors of the wedding are terracotta shades, greenery, and ivory/beige. We ask that you do not wear these colors so each person of the bridal party has a chance to standout. ALSO, please no jeans!

Can I bring a plus one?

As much as we would love for you to bring someone with you to our wedding, we ask that you only RSVP for those that are listed for your party.

Can I bring my child/children?

Kids are adorable and we'd love to share the event with them. However, we ask that arrangements be made to leave children at home while we celebrate.

I brought a gift for you guys, what should I do with it?

We truly appreciate anything that is gifted to us during this time and cannot thank you enough for thinking of us. If you do choose to bring a gift, we ask that you bring it to the cabin so it is one less thing to bring home at the end of the night.

Is this a phone-free ceremony?

Yep! We all love to take photos of joyous moments in our lives, but we ask that phones stay silenced in your pocket so the photographers and videographers can do their job.

Today's the day, the sun is shining and the tank is clean! Who do you contact in case you have questions?

For the love of the bride's sanity, please do not contact her or the groom the day of the wedding to ask questions. Please direct questions to the Best Man or the Matron of Honor. Their contact information will be given when everyone arrives at the cabin.
