When is the RSVP deadline

March 15, 2025

What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?

We recommend arriving between 5:00 to 5:15 PM, at least 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony starts, to allow time for seating and to ensure a smooth and timely start.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! Free parking is available at the venue parking lot. There are plenty of spaces, so feel free to park as close to the venue as possible.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

It will be indoors.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Yes! We welcome you to take photos and videos during the ceremony. However, we kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras out of the aisle so our photographer can capture the moments clearly.

What food and drinks will be served at the wedding?

During cocktail hour, we will have passed hors d'oeuvres. For dinner, we will provide a buffet-style meal (please see the menu below). Beer and wine will be served, and a cash bar will be available for spirits. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions that are not covered by the menu, please message us privately in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

What is the dress code?

Please feel free to dress comfortably, but we kindly ask that guests avoid overly casual attire such as: Shorts, Slippers/Flip-flops, Athletic wear (sweatpants, leggings, jerseys, etc.), Ripped or overly distressed clothing.

Are babies allowed at the wedding?

We are delighted to celebrate our special day with you and your little ones! While babies are welcome at our wedding, we kindly ask for your understanding that if a baby becomes fussy or cries continuously, we may gently ask you to step away for a moment to comfort them until they are calm. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a joyful and memorable atmosphere for all.
