Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside. You never know what to expect with midwest weather in November so dress accordingly! The reception and cocktail hour will be indoors.

We ask that guests dress in cocktail attire. Preferably floor length or midi dresses for women and button up shirts with slacks for men. Of note the bridesmaids will be wearing emerald green. Feel free to bring layers for the outdoor ceremony if needed and don't forget comfortable shoes to dance in after!

Yes! There are free parking lots at the venue. One in the back and one across the street of The Guild. You will not be able to leave your car overnight. Keep in mind the hotel is in walking distance to the venue.

Unfortunately the DJ will not be taking song requests during the wedding. However, there is a link you can submit song requests before the wedding that we will take into consideration on the home page.

Unless indicated on your formal invitation, please take this night to spend a fun night away from the kids.

Yes! If you go to the “Travel” page on this website you will find information on a room block. Keep in mind the room block is from 11/21-11/23 but we would love for you to make a weekend out of the trip. Your room can be extended for extra nights by calling the Loews Hotel.
