When is the wedding?
The wedding is September 1st, 2024.
Where is the wedding located?
The wedding is located at The Bauerhaus in Evansville Indiana.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony starts at 5:00pm with the reception following right after.
It does not hurt to get there a little early!
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal is perfect! Dresses/blouses as well as suits/button down shirts.
September is a hot month for Evansville, so make sure you are prepared to be outside. We plan on having the ceremony outside unless the weather tells us otherwise.
The reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor areas.
What does the wedding-day timeline look like?
5:00pm- Ceremony starts outside of the venue
5:30pm- Cocktail hour begins with appetizers and outdoor yard games
6:30pm- Dinner
7:00pm- Ice cream sundae bar opens up
7:30pm- Games with couple followed with a toast
7:45pm- Couples first dance followed by special dances
8:00pm- Open dancing
10:30pm- Last call
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
You can either travel by car or shuttle if you are staying at the Hampton Inn by Hilton hotel.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes! There is free and available parking in front of the venue. Of course, it is safer to Uber or take our shuttle to the venue.
What type of food and drinks will be served during cocktail hour and reception?
Cocktail Hour: Two h'oeuvres will be provided as well as beer, wine, speciality drinks, and soft drinks.
Reception: Lemon Chicken with Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Veggies and Salads will be provided.
Please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions. Another meal will be provided for you.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What is the best way to let you know?
You can let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
But PLEASE let one of us know as soon as possible.
Will there be an open bar?
Beer and wine will be provided as well as His and Hers speciality drinks.
If you are wanting other alcoholic beverages, it will be a cash bar.
Soft drinks will be available as well.
What hotels can I stay at while in Evansville?
Our Travel tab on this website has a great list of hotels that are near the venue.
If enough guest plan on staying at the Hampton Inn by Hilton, a private shuttle will be provided to and from the venue.
What is the best way to RSVP?
The best way to RSVP is to do so on this website! We have a couple questions that we would love to know.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please supply the RSVPs as soon as possible!
One month before September 1st, 2024 is the official deadline.
I am visiting from out of town. What can I do in Evansville?

Do you have a wedding registry?
We sure do! Please go to our Registry tab on this website.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Yes, you can bring your gift to the wedding. We will have a table inside the venue for gifts, cards, etcetera. You can also send it to our home address.
When will the reception end?
The reception ends at 11pm.
How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?
For any changes or updated information, we will sent out an email, text, or a note to your address that you have provided.
We will contact you immediately. Do not worry!
