They have a strict policy towards late-comers and won't let you in once the ceremony starts.

3:45PM: Charter Bus PICKUP @ Chapel

4:00PM: Charter Bus DEPARTURE

We're headed to the legendary Pioneer Saloon about 35-45 mins outside Vegas, in Goodsprings NV.

If you don't wanna drive your own vehicle, we're providing roundtrip CHARTER BUS transportation - let us know when you RSVP if you need a ride.

Buses will pickup from the CHAPEL PARKING LOT at 3:45pm and leave at 4pm. For RETURNING, they'll leave Pioneer Saloon at 9:15pm, getting you back to Vegas (Fremont area) around 10pm.

4:45PM: Charter Bus ARRIVAL

5:00PM: WELCOME DRINKS

5:30PM: DINNER BUFFET

6:00PM: OPEN BAR (6pm-8pm)

6:30PM: Live Music by THE RENDERERS

7:00PM: CAKE

8:00PM: Live Music by THE RENDERERS

9:15PM: Charter Bus DEPARTURE

We'll be inside & outside on the covered patio w/ heat lamps

This is a 21+ bar so beware KIDS won't have full access. They will be allowed inside the dining room and outside however.

FYI cell phone reception can be iffy here (unless you have Verizon apparently).
