This is where we usually stay! Budget friendly, but not kid friendly, the room's are clean and straight forward. It does get LOUD here (it's right off Fremont) so we suggest booking via phone and requesting a higher (quieter) room.

We concluded this hotel is the kid-friendly option. It's nearby to our debaucherous D - and - there's a shark tank pool (open year round). For hotels downtown off Fremont, the Golden Nugget seems best rated overall.

Known for the heated pool(s) open all year round. If youre staying around the block at The D, theyll give you a pool pass to use here (same owner).

Cute boutique hotel/motel w/ adult games instead of gambling. Still 21+ but on the calmer side.
