Sometimes life comes at you unexpectedly and, while we tried to plan for everything, the little matter of the global pandemic has really caught us all by surprise. But the show will still go on, just at a later time. Apart from changing the date from April to October, all of our other details should more or less be the same. We are still psyched about our big day and are extremely grateful for your flexibility! Looking forward to celebrating with everyone amongst the beautiful fall foliage.

The story of Sara and Rob is a tale as old as time; two frankly incredible people were brought together at the recommendation of a mutual algorithm (aka thanks Match.com!). They first started talking in early February 2017, when Sara commented on their mutual interest in The Wheel of Time fantasy series, and .... experience with German currywurst (which Rob loved and Sara… not so much).

After a first date over British food (complete with scotch egg and mushy peas), a second date where one deemed the other “scallop-worthy” (not saying who), and a third where Rob straight up invited Sara to come to Disney World, things were off to an amazing start.

Since then, Sara and Rob have racked up an impressive amount of miles not just seeing each other in New Jersey and Allentown, but also on trips to Paupack, Frederick, Delaware, Hilton Head, Las Vegas, Seattle, and the Bahamas. When work took Sara to Texas and the Netherlands the miles got even longer, but they never let those minor distances get in the way! Today they are happy to be in one spot, under one roof; and especially thrilled to celebrate their wedding day with all of you!

The biggest moment (to date) came in February, 2019 when our couple took a short getaway to Iceland and, after a jet-laggy day of touring spectacular frozen national parks, Rob proposed under the northern lights. There was even a picture which you may have seen…
