Back when Brad's parents basement was still red, he hosted a house show for Chicago based rock band, Homesafe. Robin went with her friends, driving in a literal blizzard, to see this show. She briefly met Brad at this show. The very first time Robin visited Brad's parents house, she paid $5 to enter the home of her future in laws. She no longer is charged a cover to visit the Ziolkowski residence.

Between 2016 and 2019, Robin and Brad became friends. Robin invited her friend Brad to a wedding with her entire family (strictly as friends). Brad met Robin's parents, siblings, grandpa, Aunt Dani, and most importantly Uncle Paul on this day. Uncle Paul was immediately drawn to Brad. They formed a brotherly, Polish bond that night. Uncle Paul immediately suspected Brad may be interested in his niece and questioned him about it. Brad insisted that he and Robin were just friends. As the night went on, Brad and Robin would be proven to be liars and Uncle Paul proven to be correct. Very late that night, at Buffalo's finest establishment, The Pink, Robin and Brad would share a stolen kiss. Much to Uncle Paul's dismay, it would taken Robin and Brad over 12 months to follow up on this kiss.

Holiday season of 2020, a Muppet's Christmas Carol would inspire Brad to finally make a move on Robin. During the cinematic masterpiece, Brad sat next to Robin on her living room couch and put his arm around her. Finally, Uncle Paul's prophecy was becoming fulfilled.

As they entered 2021, Robin and Brad started spending a lot of their time together. They don't really know when they started "dating" they just simply never stopped hanging out with each other. To this day, Robin and Brad do not know what their actual "dating" anniversary is, so they decided to keep things easy and say it was Valentine's Day. Valentine's 2021 was Robin and Brad's first time being each other's Valentine, and Robin was gifted a now beloved stuffed Peach.

Robin and Brad have their "hard launch" and go internet official as boyfriend and girlfriend!

Robin and Brad take their first vacation together to Maine! Together they explored Portland and Bar Harbor. They stayed on Mt. Desert Island. Robin saw the ocean for the very first time, and climbed her first mountain, Mt. Pemetic, with Brad. The also went on the world's weirdest "moose safari" and did manage to see THREE moose! Robin and Brad both agree that this trip is when they both felt like they were truly falling in love, like they had finally found the person they were meant to spend forever with.

Robin and Brad move into their first apartment in North Buffalo! At this apartment, they would celebrate their first Christmas together. They would later move to Kenmore in October of 2022.

Robin and Brad are engaged! While nearly all of their friends and family knew Brad would be proposing this day, Robin had no idea that Brad had even purchased the ring at this point. While taking a stroll around Robin's most beloved place (The Richardson AKA the old Buffalo State Hospital), Robin was chattering away about the old elevator and rail system of the hospital. She was completely oblivious as to what was happening until Brad was pulling the ring out of his pocket and getting down on one knee. Brad asked Robin to be his wife, and it was the easiest yes of her life. They proceeded to get lunch at Daniela across the street, and go visit their family members to share the news. They continued to celebrate that night with a romantic dinner at The Little Club, and had a lovely brunch the next morning with both of their families at Frankie Primos. Robin and Brad both consider this to be the best day of their life, and it will only be replaced by the day they become husband and wife.

Robin and Brad become HOMEOWNERS! After over a year of house hunting, they found their new home in Alden! They are excited to continue to establish roots in their new home as they enter the newest chapter of their journey together.
