I got my save the date & I won't be able to attend. What should I do?

Let us know! Your presence at our wedding is a gift, not an expectation. If you know that you won't be able to make it on September 14th, feel free to let us know at any time.

My address has changed!

If your address has changed since you received the save-the-date, or if there's a different address that you'd like your invitation sent to, please reach out to us directly.

How do I RSVP?

Right here on the website! The QR code included in your invitation will lead you to our website, where you can navigate to the RSVP page. There is a RSVP button on the main page as well. **PLEASE REPLY BY AUGUST 3RD** After that point, we will not be allowing any changes. We understand that sh*t happens, so if you need to change your RSVP for any reason after the deadline, please reach out to us directly.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The entire night is taking place in the beautiful back yard of some of our best friends' parent's home. The ceremony will be uncovered, but the reception will take place under a tent. Should it rain heavily, the entire event will take place under the tent.

Where should I park?

Along Colby Hill Rd, including past the venue, there will be signage ("Hale Wedding"). Please park in one of these labeled areas. If someone is needs to be dropped off closer to the ceremony site prior to parking, that's fine. There will also be a golf cart circulating if you’d like a ride, otherwise, all parking areas are within a reasonable walking distance. If you're able to carpool, please do! Parking space is not abundant, so the fewer cars the better!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We ask that only those formally addressed on the invitation attend.

Why aren’t my kids invited?

Take the night off! Aside from some family, we’re keeping our reception 21+. We ask that only those formally addressed on the invitation attend.

What time should I arrive?

We plan on starting promptly at 4:30pm. To make sure you have time to park and get to the ceremony, please arrive no later than 4:15.

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

Short answer... yes. We welcome you to take photos and videos throughout the night and share them with us after! Long answer... use your best judgement and please be respectful of the professionals. We trust our photographer and videographer to capture our day through their lenses, and they will not be afraid to ask you to refrain from taking photos/videos if you're in the way of their work.

When & where do I need to be for family photos?

Immediate family who need to stay for family photos will be notified in their invitation. If this applies to you, please stay up at the ceremony site immediately following the ceremony to take family photos before heading down to cocktail hour.

What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal; While our event is outside in a casual setting, it's always nice to see everyone dressed to impress!

Will there be an open bar?

To put it simply... of course. Keep in mind that Ubers & taxis are few and far between in our town; please drink responsibly.

I have dietary restrictions, how should I let someone know that?

We hope that with our buffet dinner, we included enough variety so that there will be options for everyone. If you have a severe allergy, please let us know directly so we can work with the caterer to make sure they are aware.
